The Hill

The newest addition to The Waterworks, The Hill at Waterworks is a 2.5 acre greenspace from which you can catch a glimpse of Atlanta’s three skylines: Downtown, Midtown and Buckhead. Thanks to a Park Pride Legacy Grant, Friends of Waterworks and the CID will be bringing new amenities to The Hill. A 2022 NPU Grant brought the sculptural spinning letters that spell T-H-E H-I-L-L to the corner of Howell Mill and 17th Street. Accessibility to this greenspace via a sidewalk along 17th Street is in design thanks to funding from the Moving Atlanta Forward program Atlanta voters approved in 2022.
