Have you noticed the tallest addition to our Upper Westside skyline at the corner of 10th and Howell Mill? Toll Brothers’ began construction in late 2018 on The Osprey, a 12-story apartment building with retail and restaurant spaces. In just a few short months the building frame went from one to twelve stories thanks to a modular metal framing process. Unique individual panels were designed and welded off-site while the preparation work and foundations were being completed on-site. The panels were then brought to the site and assembled together in just four steps, a much quicker and more precise process than building with traditional materials. The Osprey is the first vertical building in Atlanta to utilize this innovative and efficient construction system. It’s efficiencies have enabled Toll Brothers’ to set aside a share of the units as affordable housing!

Once completed, The Osprey will house 319 luxury apartment units with skyline views and upper-level penthouses and 13,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Residents will have access to the resort-style pool along with a fitness center, sky lounge and pet spa. Completion of the property is scheduled for spring 2020.
