Located at the corner of 8th and Howell Mill, 8West is a development on the Upper Westside of Atlanta featuring office, retail, residential, skyline views, and public art.

For developers Atlantic Capital Properties and Gateway Ventures, the sky’s the limit. The nine-story building will feature 360-degree views of the city in addition to amenities like an art wall, a bike barn for bike parking and repair, an outdoor public plaza, and a designated rideshare pickup/drop off to help alleviate traffic congestion in the area. Current retailers and restaurants we know and love will stay as part of the project (Bocado, Arden’s Garden, A Ma Maniere, Bartaco and Hathaway Gallery) and three new restaurants will be added.

When asked about the goals of this development Jim Meyer of Atlantic Capital Properties is quoted as saying “…With 8 West, we have designed a project which will appeal to creative companies and individuals who value walkability and unparalleled access to the best restaurants and entertainment venues in Atlanta – a place where people want to be…”
