WESTSIDE THRIVE RAISE GRANT RFI

May 28, 2026

The Upper Westside Community Improvement District (“UWCID”) is in the planning phase for multimodal and safety improvements including but not limited to walking and bike paths, lighting, and intersection improvements. The project funded in part by the City of Atlanta and funded in part through a direct grant from the Federal Highway Administration (“FHWA”) is intended to be constructed in the area reflected on this diagram.

UWCID expects to conduct two separate qualifications-based procurements in the next several months, one each, for:

• Owner’s representative

• Engineering firm

As part of its pre-procurement planning process, UWCID issues this request for information (“RFI”) to request preliminary information from potentially interested firms in either of the above-listed service areas.  Potentially interested firms that would like to meet with UWCID to convey information as described above and/or information about their firm should contact elizabeth@upperwestsideatl.org and adeline@upperwestsideatl.org to schedule a meeting.  Alternatively, you may provide information in writing by email to elizabeth@upperwestsideatl.org and adeline@upperwestsideatl.org.

Any information provided in response to this notice is requested by no later than Wednesday, June 17, 2026.  UWCID reserves the right to consider or disregard any information received under this pre-procurement RFI.

This notice does not solicit quotes, proposals, or detailed qualifications, and no information received will be considered a quote or proposal.  After UWCID has completed its procurement planning, competitive solicitations for owner’s representative services and engineering services will be issued.

This RFI and any information provided in response hereto also are not intended as a pre-qualification process or any part of such a process.  Provision of information in response to this RFI does not guarantee an ability to compete in the anticipated forthcoming procurements.
