Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon at 1800 Howell Mill: Now Active

A long-requested safety improvement is officially live.

The Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon (PHB) near the medical office building entrance at 1800 Howell Mill Road is now operational, creating a safer and more predictable crossing point for pedestrians. This upgrade helps calm traffic, improves walkability, and strengthens everyday connectivity for workers, patients, and neighbors moving through this busy corridor.


Infrastructure Update: 10th Street Cycle Track

Our 10th Street Cycle Track project is slated to begin January 2026, pending final permit processing from the contractor. Once construction is underway, we’ll share progress shots throughout the build so residents, commuters, and cyclists can follow along.
