The Upper Westside community is home to many beautiful new developments. Each month we highlight one project to share with the community. This month, we shine the spotlight on Broadstone Yards of Howell Mill Rd.
Broadstone Yards (now open and accepting new residents)
Developers: Alliance Residential
251 Apartments
Sizes range from 524 to 1237 square feet
The new West Midtown apartment development welcomed its first residents in September of last year. Located at 1084 Howell Mill Road, the development is comprised of three mid-rise buildings housing 251 apartments with convenient pedestrian access to the Westside Provisions District.
These apartments are truly one of a kind with their wall-to-wall windows, soaring 9 to14 foot ceilings, quartz countertops, high-end appliances, and spacious walk-in closets.
If that wasn’t enough to get you to their leasing office right now, their community amenities will! Their fitness center has a Peloton bike (yes, the super snazzy ones you keep seeing in the commercials), battle ropes, a climbing rope, and pegboards. Did we mention it’s also bike friendly with available bike storage and a repair station? But wait, there’s more: a rooftop lounge with a bar and pool, drinking ledge, outdoor TV, outdoor games and grills, and a community courtyard with a fire pit and fountain. Make sure you bring your furry friend, they have a dog spa to keep them looking their spiffiest.
The property highlights and supports local art. By the pool you’ll notice a six-story abstract mural by Atlanta local Michael Jones, there’s a chain metal chandelier from Peter Ferrari, and an interactive seating area designed by Georgia Tech’s Digital Lab.
