Upper Westside Improvement District has big dreams for this new decade! We began 2020 with the launch of a ten-month masterplanning process. The outcome of the masterplan will be a community-backed vision for the District and a prioritized list of capital projects for the CID to implement in the coming decade.
Please join us in this adventure; we are reaching out to all Westsiders for input and ideas! Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day (March 17) by getting to know your Upper Westside neighbors. We’re hosting two open house events to launch our master plan process, and we hope you’ll join us at either:
- the brand new Brady Pocket Park next to West Egg Cafe from 9:30AM to 2PM, or
- Monday Night Brewing for an evening open house from 4 to 7PM.
Come meet the Upper Westside ATL team, chat with neighbors about your vision for the District, and eat some great South African bites courtesy of Zunzi’s. No registration (or Irish ancestry) required—please just show up and say hi!
In the spring you can help us by hosting a Civic Dinner, in which small groups meet over dinner to have casual yet meaningful conversations about what the Westside means to you. We will also host visioning sessions with each of the District’s neighborhoods.
Visit myupperwestsideatl.org to share your vision for the Upper Westside, sign up for a Civic Dinner, and help us ensure that the Westside continues to be the Best Side of Atlanta. #westsidebestside
